How do I know when my order has shipped out?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number (for tracked services), where you can keep up to speed with progress. Yalgan dispatches orders Monday to Friday and generally dispatches the next business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yalgan aims to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you want to return or exchange it, please complete the contact form on our support page.

  • Returns must be in brand-new condition, with the original box
  • Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of your original delivery. (If they are a gift, this period is extended in November and December to be 30 days after Christmas to allow the recipient to try them on first)

 

Return shipping is at your cost but the cost of shipping the return pair will be covered by us.

*If your Yalgan sunglasses have a manufacturer defect, we will, of course, repair or replace them for you at no cost.

WARRANTY

All Yalgan sunglasses and watches are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full 12 months.

Yalgan does not warrant against accidents or lack of care that result in cracks, breakage or dents. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, scratches, or any damage due to misuse are also not covered. Assessment of any products under warranty remains at the discretion of Yalgan.

ACCIDENT COVER

We get that life is busy and accidents happen.

That’s why we offer 30% off a replacement pair if your glasses get broken or damaged within the first 90 days of purchase. Simply contact us and return them to receive your discount on a replacement pair.
